Irritate by the way my company doing in

Harf salay of before's have been paid to us for 4 months,and I can stand that. I was truely irritated by the way my company doing in.
What should I do ? To resign ,I will lose my the other harf salay of three months.To wait ,I think ,It just waste my time ,and I can't see any hope in this company!
